DENVER, Colorado — We can all agree, there are few things sweeter than hand-written notes. Especially when they’re written by children.

This week, the Colorado Department of Transportation received special letters and drawings from Mrs. Pickett’s kindergarten class in Frederick. The class wanted to thank snow plow drivers for their help clearing roadways over the winter.

The letters read a version of, “Thank you for plowing our streets. Thank you for putting down sand so the roads aren’t slippery. You are cool!”

Thank you, CDOT, for all that you do!
